There are many reasons why a pool can turn green sometimes they are obvious and sometimes not. The most common reason is an equipment failure such as failed salt cell or blocked liquid feed tubing. We can troubleshoot your system and try and locate the cause so it doesn’t happen again.

No. Draining the pool to clean it is hardly ever the best way, only in very extreme circumstances it can be the quickest way. We can usually have your pool cleaned and vacuumed with only a top up of water required afterwards.

Approximately 2 to 3 days, mild green outbreaks can sometimes be treated in only 24 hours, severe green pools or “black pools” may take more visits to get perfect.
