The red light indicates that the chemistry of the pool water is out, you can check your chlorine and acid drums to see if they are empty or full, if they are empty there may have been an overfeed failure, if they are completely full there may be a feeding issue.

If your probe is not correlating with your water test results it may need cleaning, recalibrating or replacing

The feed tubing on a Chemigem should be changed every 18 months or sooner on a domestic pool, if it is brown or black then it is probably far older than 18 months and is probably due for a service. We can refresh the tubing and other wearable parts on a Chemigem service for you.
