There are two main types of pool cleaners: suction cleaners which hook up to your skimmer or a direct wall inlet and are powered by your pool pump and robotic cleaners which are powered by an electrical cable or rechargeable battery. Robot cleaners are more expensive and also contain more expensive components.

Whatever’s gone wrong with your pool cleaner we will be happy to inspect it and see what parts are required to get it working again. Please note cleaners manufactured by long term pool industry brands are far easier and way faster to acquire parts than newer start up online-only brands, some of these models in our experience can be completely unrepairable or have dysfunctional warranty or repair systems.

Many pools however have no obvious way for you to lower the water level. We can do a site review for you and explore the options available at your property so you can manage this issue going forward.
